As I add trees three, four and five to my list, I clump them all together because they all sit on the same shelf. I used these ornaments for years on another tree, dearly loved the tree and never took the ornaments off. This year as I vowed to strip and redecorate every tree, I decided to do my trio on the shelf. In the group picture the four Father Christmas I display have also been a part of my Christmas decorating for quite a few years. 
I love Father Christmas. I prefer Father Christmas to Santa because everyone can have the "spirit" of Father Christmas. He isn't just about giving toys to children, he is about doing good for others. Make a vow to yourself to do at least one thing in the spirit of Christmas for someone else this year. May be the elderly, an Angel Bag from Salvation Army, or Operation Christmas Child. The opportunities are endless. Just open your eyes and heart, do a little good for someone else, then you will hear the joys of the music.
